1994 Toyota Tercel mileage: 111472. When you first start the car there is a lot of white smoke. After the car warms up the smoke lessens. It is using a lot of oil, the spark plugs are new (two weeks). When I cheked them they were wet and corroded. I can not fine any oil leakes.

The reason you can't find and oil leaks is because the oil is leaking into the firing chamber and is going out the exhaust. Two week old plugs should not be fouled with oil unless there is a internal engine problem. Bad rings or valve guides are the cause and can be confirmed with a compression test. Using a hotter plug may help a little bit but the engine probably needs to be overhauled.
