I turned the truck off and when I went to start it, it would turn over but no start. Replaces the fuel pump but when I turn the key on the pump won't run. I jumped the wires to the pump and it pumps like crazy.

1987 toyo p/u 22re 120,000 miles.

If this has a fuel pump selonoid I can't find it anywhere

Check the EFI fuse, EFI relay, Circuit opening relay and mass airflow sensor-it has to go these to get to the pump.

Hence The MAF sensor grounds the circuit then comes out of the COR to transfer the power to the pump.Look Below

Check efi fuse in panel. Then I would test the main relay.
