Yes, I actually have a 94 model Toyota Lucida Estima van with a 6cyl. Engine. It has high milage on it but is in really good shape. But I am having a problem with it. I will go to start it and it starts. I go somewhere, shut it off and try to restart it after coming back to my van and it turns over but does not start. I can wait a while, maybe a day or less and it starts. During this starting process, it is running my battery down. I assumed that it must be the fuel filter but drained it and no trash in it, in fact the filter is new. Do you have any other possiblities that It might be? Thank you!

Hi there,

I would be checking the fuel shut off valve on the injection pump, if it wont start warm, I would be going there first, if its a cold start problem, check the glow system and comps as well and check the valve clearances if they have not been done in ages. Start here.
