Take it to an alignment shop, this would probably be the best way to diagnose the problem.

It could be an alignment issue (toe, camber), or a mechanical issue (bearings, bushings, ball joints, loose components).

The alignment shop could tell you if it is a simple alignment issue or mechanical.
