I have a spare vehicle that I do not keep full of gas. Can moisture form in the tank causing rust?How full should I keep the tank?

Yes that can cause the vehicles tank to rust, the best thing to do is put in a few bottles of heat, just enough to coat the bottom of it and that should do it, either that or coat it with gas tank sealer.
