1990 Toyota Corolla Fuel tank

Fuel tank is being over pressurized causing a slight fuel smell. When removing the gas cap (slowly of cource) it takes a very long time to stop hissing (much much longer than normal)

There is a smaller vent hose, make sure it is not clogged.

Also check the charcoal cannister connections and a bi-metal vacuum valve. It has two vacuum lines, they can break off.
