I have 2004 toyota camry 5spd manual. Today, I lost power and the engine was reving. The car would seem to be changing gears but I could not get any. It seems like it is a cluth issue? Is it? And if so would a reasonable replacement cost be?

More than likely the clutch would need replacing, but check the clutch master cylinder for fluid and also make sure the slave cylinder is working and not binding.
The transmission would have to be removed, new disc, flywheel (or resurfaced), pressure plate, release bearing.
Depends on who you buy the parts from and who does it (dealer, garage). I would think $1000-1400 or in that range.
