2000 Toyota Camry Hard to get gas into my car

2000 Toyota Camry 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

I have a 2000 Camry. Since Feb. Gas pumps will not stay on. I HAVE (NO) enginine check lite. I went to Inspection in NJ since this problem. They checked my emission. Passed. NJ is VERY strick. No problem
It takes 10 minutes to fill gas tank.
Many hits online, but all with engine check lite and codes. My car has no code. I had it checked.
I know it is something with the vent.
Any sugestions.

I would make sure the vent is working properly and that the fresh air intake part of it is not restricted causing this problem. Just because the light isnt on doesnt mean that there is not a problem

Of course I know there is a problem To get through NJ inspection whick is one of the stricktest in the US
NO codes NO engine check lite and the car runs like a new car at least 900 miles since this started do you
have any answers. I know if I go to Toyota it will cost me five or six hundred.
They will BS me.

Ok. Heres a quick thing for you to try. Locate charcoal canister and disconnect the line that runs to the vent on the gas tank and try to fill it up. Let me know if it fills smoothly or not. Also make sure your fuel fill hose isnt kinked or colapsing.
