Dash Fuses located

My car dash panel, light are off I changed all light bulbs and still out of light, I checked the fuses box inside and by engine side and I dont found any fuse bad, do you think is the dash board or the light adjust control ( dimmer ), I dont know beside of those fuses box the car have another one. Thanks for you help.

The light adjust control ( dimmer ), this is the one that controls the dash lights thru a rheostat check it out.
