I have a 1992 Toyota 4Runner with a V6 and 175,000 miles. My steering wheel locked on me and now won't unlock. I can't turn the key at all. How do I replace the cyclinder or anything with out turning the key to the ACC position. Do I have to disassemble the whole steering column?

It sounds like you locked the steering column with the front wheels turned and not straight ahead. Try to turn the key while taking the pressure of the wheels by turning the wheel slightly. This should take care of the problem.
