1996 Toyota 4Runner Ignition key wont coming out

After turn engine off set shift on park and ignition key wont turn all the way off and key wont coming out

Barrel may be worn, try using a lube spray the lock first, but if you have a large bunch of keys the weight swinging on the lock will cause it to wear, try lubeing the lock first.
