Key won't turn past ACC

I have a 1997 toyota camry. The key will not turn in the ignition past ACC. Steering wheel unlocks, but key will not turn any farther than ACC. Tried spare key, same problem. And tried putting lube in keyhole. Help please?

Well, I ended buying a new ignition cylinder. Installed it according to a repair manual I've had for a while. No problems, it works fine now. Got a new keys with it too of course, so now I have to use old key on door and new key for ignition. But hey, my car works again!
