When I first start it it won't go into overdrive, if I restart it will sometimes, but then when it gets to a certain point it will drop out of overdrive and then will only go in intermittantly. All other gears and shifting into them are fine. Any ideas?

Check all these sensors coolant temperature, throttle, and vehicle speed sensors the computer uses these input signals from this sensors to command and control the transmission upshift/downshift/overdrive/lock-up etc-
