Ticking under dashboard in two areas

My car makes a ticking sound that sounds like a helecoptor under the dash around where the radio or fan is, after about a minute or so it will stop then start ticking under the dash close to the glove compartment for close to about a minute. The ticking happens when the car is off and has no power it also always happens when I first start driving. After driving for a couple of minutes the ticking does not happen again until I turn the car back off.

There is a actuator behind the glove compartment. This is probably what is causing the clicking. You can open the glove compartment, then pull it down and to the right where be a black box with a sticker. See if that is where the noise is coming from. If so you will have to remove the HVAC motor and then replace the actuator.
