The Vehicle previously had been idling at 746-800 RPMs but after the case of EGR valve blockage that lasted for 3 months before it was solved, I began to notice that the vehicle's RPMs dropped drastically from 756 to 0 RPMs with some kind of misfire when idling. The engine will be jerking slightly and does not raise well, when it raises to 4,000 RPMs, it will backfire black smoke out of the tailpipe. What can be the course of this 0 RPMs? I diagnosed it and only pull P0108: MAP sensor input high.

Black smoke is excess fuel in the engine/exhaust being burned. Here is a guide that will help with this info:

Did this issue start immediately after this repair, or has it been some time since you replaced the EGR?

If this happened immediately then we need to question if the EGR is faulty. It is possible to get a faulty new part so we can't eliminate that yet.

However, the other things that will cause something like this are vacuum leaks and fuel issues.

Also, we need to check the fuel pressure and then let the gauge sit and shut the key off and see how long the pressure remains.

Let's run through this info first and hopefully that will give us a better idea on where to go next if we don't find it.

Thanks
