My service engine soon light comes on and I got it checked and code p0134 come up.

I was told it could either be the o2 sensor or fuel pressure regulator could need replacing.

The only symptom I have is fuel burning out fast. The engine starts and drives smooth. No rough idling at all. No oil leaking or smoke of any sort. Have any ideas? I just want this light to go off so I can pass smog.

How much would repair cost, if any?

PO 134 - Upstream O2 Sensor Voltage Stays at Center. Bad o2 sensor or wiring. Check wiring at plug and anywhere it is near the exhaust system or other hot components. If good, chances are the sensor is bad.
