1993 Suzuki Samurai smoking

Hi I have a 1993 Suzuki Samurai fuel injector and it start smoking after warms up in the morning, then I rev it up I seeing black smoke coming out the exhaust pipe. The second thing is when driving about 30 to 40mph the jeep hesitating to run holding back like it's not getting no gas, witch I have taking the gas tank down and clean it also put a new fuel filter I don't what next to do your help will greatly appreciated.

Probable causes of an engine running rich are as follows:

1. Fuel pressure not within specs. Can be cause by restricted fuel return line or defective fuel pressure regulator.
2. Defective Oxygen Sensors.
3. Leaking injectors.
4. Coolant temperature sensor out of calibration.
5. Restricted air intake system.
