Driving heard a loud pop

Passenger front end sits significantly lower now. I have changed the shock and wondering what to do next.

Hello,

It sounds like one of the coil springs has broken. Can you use a jack and jack stands lift the front end?

Use a flashlight to inspect the coil springs. Please let us know what you find. We are interested to see what it is.
