Hi subaru turbo,

Thank you for the donation.

The most likely cause of squeaking noise would be the brake pads. The pads are equipped with a wear indicator and when the pads are thin, the indicator would brush against the rotors causing the squeaking noise.

This is to inform you that the pads are due for replacement.

Hi reply to you,
no brake pads are all fine, lots left on them yet.

What else do you suggest? Name them all to do with wheels etc. Its 5-15mph when u hear noise.

Since it is not the brake pads, other possible causes are :
1. Wheels insufficiently torqued.
2. CV shaft central nut incorrectly torqued.
3. Brake backing plate brushing against rotor.
4. Wheel bearing dust seals too dry, brushing against CV shaft joints.
5. Brake pad shims incorrectly seated.

If the noise appears only when steering is turned, it could be ball joints.
