If it is a cold start, it starts fine but when I drive it somewhere then stop and turn it off sits for about fifteen to twenty minutes it cranks but does not start until maybe four times.

Good morning.

When it does not start, you need to check to see if it has spark and fuel pressure. One of them will be missing. When you find out what is missing, let us know so we can narrow in on that system.
