It is a six cylinder engine in the 2003 S-type Jaguar. Sorry for the miss information. Will get back to you with correct liter size.

The starter is on right hand side or under intake manifold. If on right hand side will be on bottom near oil pan. We do not have a good picture of it. See pictures for removal and install is reverse of removal. The first picture shows O2 sensor on exhaust pipe you have either a 2.5L or 3.0L.

Must have bypassed each other, lol. I sent instructions when you disconnect battery you may need to reset your security system so the car will start. Have fun

You may not have to do it i'll send this link but not sure if Jaguar is covered or not in it. If not look online it should be pretty easy or if you have a handbook it will be in there.
