Stalling and starting problems

My car will just stall out driving down the road. It may restart immediately or after 20 minutes. It now does not even want to start at all.

Hi Thomas,

An engine needs three things to start and run. Compression, fuel, and spark.

This sounds like a fuel pump but here is a guide that will walk through the basics of what all could cause this:

Have you tried spraying some starting fluid in the intake just to see if it will fire up for a short second? If so, this will confirm the pump.

Another way, is to hook up a fuel pressure gauge to test for pressure.

Let me know if you find anything with the pressure. I included the procedure to replace the pump just in case I am correct.
