Crank no start issue

It will turn over but it won’t start. I can hear fuel pump kick in when I tur the key on. I swapped relays for the fuel pump and the fuse looks good.
I checked what I thought to be the purge valve on fuel rail but did not get any fuel.

Good afternoon,

You need to test the actual fuel pressure to be sure the fuel pump is working.

You may hear it running but it may not be pumping fuel.

You need to check for spark as well.
