Speedometer and windows not working after stereo installation

So, I have the car listed above. Well up until my friend put in a stereo the windows rolled and my speedometer worked just fine. Now neither of them works properly. I figured he messed with the wiring under the steering wheel. I need some help, maybe I am wrong. Maybe I'm just dumb and can't see the problem that is Infront of my face. A wiring diagram for under my steering wheel would be great!

I would start by checking fuses here is a guide and the fuse locations so you can check it out. Here are the window wiring diagrams to help you check the right fuses:

This was very helpful. Thanks! Next question my key ignition switch is failing, and I need to bypass it. I have a push start button but don't know where to hook it up too. I really don't want to have to replace the whole key ignition switch. Can you help me? The car is a manual 1991 Honda Accord.
