Start with the head has been removed and seals replaced, no after that the car runs great, no overheating, all fluid levels proper, now when the car is driven cold or normal temp. When you decelerate and make a turn and them accelerate it smokes badly, doesn't smoke on start up anymore after seals replaced and doesn't smoke while driving straight down the road that I see, but like I said when you turn it smokes like a ring is gone but engine compression is within normal specs (128-184-Al-data)?

The compression is not good 128 lbs to 184 lbs isnot good at all. The 184 is good but with a 20%variance yours should be 147 at the very least. Check the cylinder that is at 128 or any others at that as well.
