Hello, I'm Danny.
Usually bleeding a clutch slave cylinder is similar to bleeding brakes. Make sure you fill reservoir with fresh fluid first.The slave cylinder should have a bleeder screw to remove any air from the system. I've attached 2 tutorials and a picture below to help you.

Just replace slave cylinder can't get it to bleed. Also replaced clutch too. Could it be the clutch master cylinder?

Good morning,
Bleeding the system can be difficult.
Gravity bleed it first by leaving the bleeder open and waiting until all fluid comes out.
Then I remove the slave and manually push the rod back in as far as it will go. Do this with the bleeder closed. Do this several times. Then install the slave and test for a pedal.
If you do not have a pedal at that time, yes, it could be the master has failed.
