Serpentine belt got some dry rot cracks. How hard is it to replace the belt and tensioner. Does anything have to be taken off to install the belt? Approx how long does it take to change the belt.

The belt isn't hard to change. The attached shows the belt routing. You use a long ratchet or a belt tool to rotate the tensioner clockwise so the belt gets loose and you pull the belt off. Then put the new belt on and loosen the tensioner and get the belt on to all the pulleys in the correct places, then let the tensioner up so it tightens the belt. Time wise it takes about 20 minutes if you have changed a few, might take a bit longer if you've never done it before.
