I took my car to an irreputable shop unknowingly for an oil leak and now the speedometer and odometer will not work. The tac does however. I have replaced the sensor twice, I was told there is not a pigtail available for the sensor. What should I do next?

If you have replaced the vehicle speed sensor and still don't have the speedometer then we need to check to make sure you have voltage from the sensor to the PCM.

If the PCM is getting the voltage, then we need to use a scan tool and find out if the speed is accurate.

If it is then the PCM is the issue.

I am attaching the info below on this so let's start here and let me know what questions you have.

Thanks
