So do you have any code's?If so what are the code number's?Also do you have a multimeter? While driving down the road have you tried smacking the dash with your hand to see if the speedometer start's working?Does your odometer work counting up the mile's you drive?

I've tried getting codes and the only code it will give me is 12 and that means everything is good. The odometer is still working.

If your odometer work's then your cluster is getting a speed signal from the transmission because the odometer is connected to the speedometer there all one assembly. So more then likely you have a bad speedometer. Have you tried smacking the dash while your driving to see if the speedometer will work?

No I haven't. I might just have a bad speedometer because when I start the car the speedometer needle doesn't jump or do anything.

When you start the car the speedometer doesn't move until you start driving and get some speed up. It sound's like you have a bad speedometer. Or bad cluster circuit board most likely the speedometer.
