Ok here is the deal just baught this car. It has a rubbing noise at anything above 40 MPH. When you make a left turn the noise almost disappears. The odometer and speedometer neither work. Not sure if it's a related problem or not. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Ur noise sounds like a bad right front wheel bearing the way we can make sure it is the right is put the ebrake on on a level surface block the rear wheel jack up the front then put the front end on jack stands. Put the car in neutral then put ur hand on the right front coil spring then with ur other hand turn the wheel as fast as u can see if u can feel or hear the bad bearing then do the same on the left front and compare the two let me know what u find.
