I have a 94 saturn that likes to over heat.I don't know if the fan is or isn't coming on. But driving around with the heater FULL blast isn't working for me anymore.. The engine coolant container is full and the thermostat is fine. Please help. Its too hot!

If coolant level is full and tstat is good then you need to make sure radiator fan is coming on properly. If it is then have water pump inspected.

I don't know if its coming on when its hot. But it comes on when the A/C is on which makes sense.
So I should turn on the car wait til it heats up and see's if the fan comes on. Now what happens if it doesn't come on?

Yes and if it does not come on when it reaches operating temp. Then the coolant temperature switch is most likely faulty.

Oh joy. So. How hard is it to change that switch?
And. Is there an easy fix to this. Until I can get under it with someone who knows more than I do?

The easy fix for overheating vehicle would be if the thermostat was bad or coolant low. You said neither of these exist so there is no easy fix at this point. The coolant temp. Sensor is on the rear of the engine, near the coolant outlet

No, if relay was bad then fan would not come on with the A/C.
