2001 Saturn SC1 wont start.

Help me please.I drove to my daughters house and was in her house for 5 min. And came back to my car and it wouldnt turn over or anything no lights no nothing.I tested teh battery and it was a low charge but I tried a new battery and still wont start. I hooked up a diagnostic to it and got nine codes. When I did it a second time the lights inside and outside began to flash on and offf. Its possessed. So I left it alone. Please help.

Sounds likk an alarm system. With a known good battery, lock and unlock door with key, that should disable any factory alarm. If it still wont turn over, could be a bad starter/solenoid. Check for 12 volts at the small wire on the starter with key in crank position. If it has power then the starter needs to be replaced. If none, then get back to me and we will figure out where it stops
