So, I ended up replacing the throttle body based off what the testing showed, and it threw this code after replacing it and the car would rev past 2,000 but slowly like there’s a delay between the pedal and the throttle body. Also, my exhaust smells funny not like coolant, but it smells rotten. Oh, and one last thing was after I did the relearn procedure the car wouldn’t rev up how it was anymore.

Hi,

The smell you mentioned leads me to think either we are getting way too much fuel to the engine, or the catalytic converter is plugged. By chance, are there any strange sounds from the exhaust? If you remove the upstream oxygen sensor, does it run better?

Next, the new code is usually the result of either a wiring issue between the ECM and throttle control motor or the throttle control actuator. See pic 1 below.

Have you already checked or replaced either of them?
