The truck black smokes and has loss of power at times. Runs good sometimes. Has new plugs, TPD and coolant temperature sensor. Ran fine before changing coolant temperature sensor now it feels like it has a miss so ran the codes and got the above list.

Hello,

I would start at the EVAP system charcoal canister it sounds like it has gone bad and when the system purges it dumps raw fuel into the engine. This guide should help.
