Rear right passenger door wont open

The door on my vehicle wont open from either side, it is as if the lock does not seem to actuate when pulling the pin or pressing the unlock button. I pull the lever and you can hear the rod move, but it does not open the door. I have removed the panel from the inside, the doors shut and I cannot seem to find anything inside that will let me open the door. Thanks in advance.

Check to see if cable or rad is moving you may have a clip that has fallen off or broken we have no pictures to help on this

I found out later that it was a broken spring from the outer door handle, wouldn't open from the inside because it had the child safety lock on, but I replaced the spring and it would open again, thanks anyhow
