Power windows not working properly

The passenger side rear window keeps sliding down, it will not stay up.

This happens when the window regulator needs to be replaced. There is a set of cables that go bad which a new window regulator will fix, this generic guide and video will help show you how to fix it with instructions for your car in the diagrams below.
