Welcome to the forum, thanks for the donation. Just because you can hear the pump run, doesn't mean it will make pressure. You can take supply line loose from the fuel rail and also at the fuel filter, see if you can blow air through the line. Check the fuel filter, my info says it is located, under the vehicle, passenger-side rear. Fuel pressure 41--47psi. If good voltage and ground at the pump and the pump runs, no flow, suspect the pump.
