Noises problem
1999 Pontiac Sunfire 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

Installed new horn relay, it clicks, unplugged horn, tested for power, no power read at horn switch

Is there a common place to look for a broken wire and where do horn wires run?

Common place would be in the steering wheel / column for a horn wire to fail. Since relay is getting power then is must be between relay and horn though. Check the wiring at the horn itself which should be in front of vehicle just behind the bumper either at passenger or driver side.

The horn button is good. The relay is good. And it has no power between relay and horn. Is there any place between the relay and the horn where the wires rub?

Where the horn is mounted would be the best bet, otherwise would just have to trace down the rest of wiring and inspect it all
