1995 Pontiac Grand Prix engine stall

I have a 95 gran prix from a dead start it will stall if I don't peddle it. Can peddle a little and get above 3000 rpm and engine runs great

Check fuel pressure with mechanical gauge, should be above 40psi and hold with pump off.

Also check for fuel in fuel pressure regulator vacuum line, if present, then FPR must be replaced.
