1995 Pontiac Grand Prix 3.4 fuel pump or ABS motor still running after car shut off

My daughters grand prix has some kind of motor still running at the rear of the car when the ignition is shut off. It runs down her battery wondering if its in the fuel system or brakes or what?

Pull fuel pump relay and see if the noise stops, it is located on fuse relay block No1 in the engine compartment.
