1994 Pontiac Grand Prix Wont start

My car acts like it wants to start but it wont I checked all the fuse's they were fine and relays too but its been sittin for a year on a hil and I got it to start up just fine then when I got it off the hill it would nt start and it take like 5 mins for it to swtich from park to drive?

Spray some starting fluid in throttle body, if car rns a few seconds, then problem is fuel related, if not, then ignition.

Most likely a fuel problem, gas that has set for a year without a fuel stabilizer, has clogged up the fuel system.
