Drive a few miles-less than 5-and the car stops and will not start. Mechanic has replaced cat. Convertor, water pump, crank sensor, ign module, o ring, computor, checked fuel pump and filter, checked for vac. Leak, checked fuel pa. Which shows keyen 45 running 38 and had it on the computor for checking several times and nothing shows up. It still will not stay running. The longest he can get it to run sittlng still is 1 hour. He called the dealer and they would not even talk to him. He finally gave up. What can this be?

I had a 1995 corisca that did the same thing. When mine stalled the only way to get it going was to start it in neutral, start it, floor it and then shift into park. My problem was solved when I changed the distriputor cap. Also get them to check the module and the coils. You could probably bet a good used module at about 150 bucks (New they can be over 300) and the coils run about 80. Check the distriputor first as it is the cheapest. From what I have read everyone is focused on the fuel aspect. If your car was starving for fuel it wpuldnt be running at all.
