I drive a 92 grand am. When im driving I could here the fuel pump louder than the car and it misfiring and poping when im giving it gas.I tuned the whole car up and still doint the same thing what can be the problem

Check the fuel pressure with a mechanical gauge, also check the fuel pressure regulator, specifically the vaccum line to it. If there is gas in the vaccum line the FP regulator diaphram is ruptured and needs to be replaced.
