Hello

The fuel pump, you have to drop the gas tank to get to it. You can perform a pressure check on your fuel pump to see if it is putting out correctly.

The rest of your question is hard to understand what you are asking. You said your starter burned up?

You could go to Auto Zone or O'Reilly's and for free they can pull the codes to the car. While there for free also they can bring their tester out and check your battery, alternator and starter.

Feel free to check these things and if you haven't found your problem - get back with us.
Hope this helps
