1998 Pontiac Bonneville Blows warm air

I recently bought a used 1998 Bonnevile SE. The fan works but blows warm/hot air when you turn on the A/C.

Does the compressor come on?

No it does not. I have checked the fuses both under the hood and under the dash. They look OK.

Next, you'll have to make sure there is freon in the system.

You can get a set of cheap AC hoses from a place like harbor freight. You should be able to find them for about 40 bucks.

They dont have to be of very high quality, as I suspect you will not be doing a lot of AC work.

Then you just hook it up to the service ports on your car to see what the pressures are.
