I have a 99 Bonneville with 131K miles. The a/c fuse keeps burning out. The a/c and blower do not come on. Once, the blower stayed on after I had turned the ignition off. Any help would be appreciated.

Does the fuse blow right away? I would suggest unpluging the blower module and the fan and then see if the fuse blows. I would say that your problem is in that blower control module.

The blower module is located in the engine compartment on the firewall. You will need to remove the fuse/relay center to get to it.
