is the fan coming on at all? Does it just not come on when the A/C is switched on? Test a/c switch and engine coolant temp. Sensor. Check cooling fan relay

Check to see if there is a recall on your vin#. I know that there was a recall for my 1996 Plymouth grand voyager 2 wheel drive 3.3 engine.
