1998 Plymouth Breeze engine/heater

My car seems to be running a little warmer than usual and when my heater si on it is not very warm?

I would recommend starting with replacing the thermostat. Chances are it isn't opening far enough which will cause the engine to run hotter, and the coolant flow to the heater is restricted.
