1998 Plymouth Breeze Engine stalls

I have a 1998 Plymouth Breeze with 162,000 miles on it. For the past 6 months or so, it would stall out while braking in drive. Only when I accelerate does it not stall out. Also, when idling, the RPM moves up and down a little bit.

A few things. First off, try cleaning out your EGR valve. If that does not solve it, then the Idle Air Control Motor and Throttle Position Sensor. But I am banking on the EGR valve.
