Will no start after charging weak battery

The battery was weak so charged it, then wouldn't start stating no key-fob, plugged in versus, tried to reset codes, it cleared all fobs, now it wont let me reprogram the fob 1. Also, the drivers door module seemed to have some contamination, so I cleaned it. Some thing on car work now but still no power to the fob antenna in the middle console. Is there a diagram I can follow to chase wiring or another fuse block I am missing?

Hi and thanks for using 2CarPros.

The first three pictures show pin allocation related to the receiver.

Next, pictures 4 and 5 show the receiver antenna wiring to the remote control module. I highlighted the wires going between the antenna receiver and the module in picture 5.
